    Location

    It is a rather run down hotel which does not stand up to its name "Hilton". Clearly its ratings are over estimated. It was an unfortunate experience to stay at that place.

    great location but inconsistent service

    The access to shopping and restaurants was really good. The city view from the room added a nice touch to the overall experience.

    The inconsistent service at check-in was a bit disappointing.

    The central location made it easy to explore Brisbane, with several attractions like the Botanic Gardens and Queen Street Mall just a short walk away. I especially appreciated the great communication from staff, who ensured everything went smoothly during our stay.
